Is there a way to make honey better? Yes, just add truffle. Use as you would normal honey. Thyme honey mixed with the truffle makes this an indispensable product on every pantry. We love it on top of cheese.

Tartuffata:

The mother of the truffle sauces. 3 basic ingredients: truffle, porcini and black olives. Traditionally with pasta but is great on everything. Literally. At home, every time we open a jar it lasts for no longer than 3 minutes.
Ingredients:Porcini mushroom 68%, black olives, black summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum, Vitt) 5%, extra virgin olive oil, salt, garlic, truffle flavour.

It’s simple, take mustard, add truffle and voila’. Change your traditional mustard for this one and you’ll never go back.

Rice truffle and porcini:

Carnaroli rice, probably the best one for risotto. Stir it continuously for creamiest results. Add some truffle butter at the end for extra richness.

One of the classiest combinations of our time. Perfect for using in recipes requiring long, slow cooking, such as sauces and soups, or rehydrate them overnight in the refrigerator in a small amount of savoury liquid such as broth or wine and use as preferred.
